Gina Rizzi, Radius℠ Sports Group

Gina Rizzi is Principal of Radius℠ Sports Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of ARCUS Marketing Group, LLC, which jointly released the first "Corporate Social Responsibility Report" for golf in North America. Radius℠ provides sustainability consulting within the sports industry, partnering with sports leaders, franchises, golf courses, management companies, facilities, suppliers, and governing bodies to optimize environmental and social sustainability programs, while driving growth and cost reductions.

As President of ARCUS, Rizzi is a speaker and passionate advocate for helping businesses drive innovation and financial performance while positively impacting society and the environment. ARCUS, founded in 2010, works with Fortune 500 clients nationwide focusing on marketing strategy, sports marketing, media, and activation of diversity and inclusion, environmental sustainability, and community engagement programs.

Prior to founding ARCUS, Rizzi led business development operations at Avis Budget Group, Inc. with responsibility for new store openings at automotive dealerships, supplier diversity best practices, environmental sustainability, sponsorships and strategic alliances. Under her leadership, Avis launched its first proprietary Carbon Footprint Reporting Model for North America.

Rizzi held positions at Time Inc. and 3M, and served as executive director of Free Arts for Abused Children, a non-profit helping abused, homeless, and neglected children. 

Rizzi holds a Master of Business Administration, Cum Laude, from the University of Notre Dame, a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, High Honors, from Michigan State University, a Cleantech Certificate in Sustainable Energy Management from Presidio Graduate School, and a Certificate in Sustainability Best Practices from the Global Business Travel Association Project Icarus. She is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
