Octagon Sports & Entertainment Agency

The world’s largest sports & entertainment agency with over 30 years in sports marketing, sponsorship and athlete & talent representation. With expertise in rights managements, measurement, digital, insights, millennial marketing, and experiential marketing. Octagon offers an extensive Trainee program. There are event trainees and account trainees. Event trainees are predominately travel based, while account trainees are predominately  in offices with sporadic travel to events. The program provides a good opportunity for the trainees to be exposed to the business world, learning the ins and outs of Octagon in terms of our clients, culture and various systems.

A trainee is usually a recent college grad. It is a mandatory credential that all trainees have a Bachelor’s Degree. The compensation for all trainee positions is about $1,750/mo., $10.10/hr. with overtime at time and a half. All trainees are limited term positions. The length of the term can last anywhere from 2-12 months and for shorter positions, trainees have the opportunity to make a lateral move and take another trainee position on a different account.
