The Manager, Competitions will assist in the conduct of the U.S. Senior Women’s Open Championship; Assist in the conduct of the U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship; Serve as Team Manager for the U.S. Curtis Cup Team; Assist with projects as assigned from within the Competitions and Rules & Amateur Status Departments; serve as a coordinator at PGA/USGA Rules of Golf Workshops, as requested; assist the Future Amateur Sites Committee as requested; and serve at other USGA championships as assigned.

Manager, Business Intelligence

The Business Intelligence Manager is a member of the Enterprise Data and Analytics team, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements for operational data, enterprise data and the rules for transforming data from source systems into the enterprise data warehouse. The BI Manager possesses comprehensive knowledge of the business, business data and the business processes and systems that impact data. Manages data, reporting and analytical projects from the goals and objectives stage through implementation, ensuring results are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Director of Donor Relations & Events

Position Type: Full-Time

Golf is a game fueled by people with passion, integrity and drive. The newly created USGA Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the United States Golf Association, is recruiting leaders with these same values to advance fundraising and engagement. Reporting to the Head of the USGA Foundation, the Director, Donor Events & Experience, is a senior leader for the USGA Foundation with primary responsibilities for ensuring donor satisfaction, expanding the supporter base, optimizing digital donor experience, and driving revenue through a wide range of events and donor engagement activities. The Director of Donor Events & Experience (USGA Foundation) will establish the identity and creative strategy for the new USGA Foundation. The Director will craft and execute the Foundation’s engagement strategy, which includes strategically and creatively leveraging content, social media, events, data analytics, and personal interactions with donors, members and supporters. Leading a team of events, operations, and content professionals, the Director of Donor Events & Experience (USGA Foundation) plans, executes, and evaluates efforts to maximize fundraising through stewardship, impactful communications collateral, and enhanced user experience. Key measures for success include increasing retention by deepening relationships with current donors and supporters. The Director of Donor Events and Experience (USGA Foundation) will provide leadership in a variety of roles including events, digital experience, content creation, project management, and impact storytelling.

Director, Data Services

Position Type: Full-Time

The USGA is looking for a Director, Data Services to partner with the product and leadership teams to help define our API integration strategy and develop a roadmap to support that strategy. Also, to oversee, coordinate the delivery and launch of API and platform tools. The Director, Data Services will also cultivate and build on existing relationships and take over all existing integration agreements to see them through to successful execution.

Education Faculty (Port St. Lucie, FL)

Position Type: Full-Time

Work closely within a team that will build, implement and measure the results of education and training for PGA Professionals. Support online and Instructor Led training to include PGA PGM, Section Education, National Show delivery and the Certified Professional and Master Professional Programs. Participate in Item Writing, Passing Score Review and Curriculum Design Workshops as well as a classroom instruction for PGA Education. Administer, implement, monitor and track results for the PGA Internship Programs.

Championship Corporate Hospitality Coordinator (Palm Beach Gardens, FL)

Maintain and support daily operations of the PGA Corporate Hospitality Program. The position would support day to day administrative activities of Championship Corporate Hospitality, as it relates to PGA of America spectator championships (KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, KPMG Women's PGA Championship, PGA Championship, and Ryder Cup).

Career Consultant/Recruiting Specialist (Albany, NY)

The Career Consultant's mission is to be recognized as the regional career/employment resource by delivering employment and counseling development services to PGA Professionals, employers and PGA Sections they are assigned to serve. Assist employers in the hiring of qualified PGA Professionals, and will deliver the highest level of customer service to all stakeholders. This position will also serve as the department's recruiting specialist providing strategic guidance, leadership, and support for the promotion of PGA Membership as a viable career opportunity and the promotion of PGM Universities as collegiate options for future PGA Members.

Director of Development, PGA REACH

Position Type: Full-Time

Along with the Senior Director executes the strategic mission of PGA REACH, the charitable foundation of the PGA of America, including but not limited to: program oversight in the three pillars of Youth, Military, and Diversity and Inclusion, fundraising through the procurement of corporate and individual donors, planned giving programs and special events. The Director of Development, PGA REACH will work with the REACH Trustees to set strategies that will maximize program growth, REACH awareness and communication, and the fundraising potential of the PGA Foundation through effective relationship building and fundraising events/projects.
