Chief People Officer

Reporting to the CEO and as a key member of Topgolf’s executive team, the Chief People Officer (CPO) will develop and execute HR/People strategies in support of our Associates and the strategic direction of the organization. The CPO will serve as a strategic HR & business thought partner to our CEO while leading all HR functions to include policies & compliance, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, and organizational design. This role will also be integral in strengthening Topgolf’s capacity to innovate at every level of the organization and help drive our key initiatives and growth efforts. As such, we are looking for a visionary leader with a passion for excellence who will ensure we have scalable HR programs and infrastructure to support our diversified workforce as we continue to innovate and expand.

Director, Beverage

Position Type: Full Time

Topgolf provides our guests with a curated selection of the finest spirits, craft beers and cocktails designed to please any pallet. The Director of Beverage is responsible for directing all functions of the Topgolf Beverage Department for our 50 venues in the US, with the ultimate goal of delighting our Guests with best-in-class beverage offerings. More specifically, the Director of Beverage will drive flawless execution for the strongest beverage program in the industry by nurturing strong national vendor collaboration and relationships, and bringing trend and standards experience from previous multi-unit organizations.

Head of Guest Insights & Strategy

Position Type: Full Time

To continue to lead Topgolf’s innovative growth and support our guest-centric approach to all endeavors, we are seeking a Head of Guest Insights & Strategy. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, this role will work with our CMO and key stakeholders to create and manage the strategic vision and executional roadmap for Topgolf’s guest insights and strategy initiatives. This influential role will help determine the shape of Topgolf’s future by partnering with leadership to provide critical guest insights, market intelligence, and industry trends by leveraging expertise in areas such as deep qualitative and quantitative immersion, multi-source ideation, trend research, rigorous analytics, operations and programming. The successful candidate will be able to lead a small team to synthesize data and information, provide actionable insights and inspire and influence others across the organization to put the guest first and measure the success of programs during and post-execution.

Head of Communications

Position Type: Full Time

The Head of Corporate Communications will provide leadership for building, operating and leading an integrated strategic communications program for Topgolf. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for someone who can promote our brand, interact with the public, and establish productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the CEO, this role will manage and provide strategic direction for all media-related activities including all media relationships, act as our official spokesperson as necessary, and represent Topgolf at key community events.
